You’re buying a street that isn’t finished yet
That isn’t a warning. An estate arrives in stages, and the stage you buy in decides what your first two years look like: whether the park is in, and whether the road at the end of your street is sealed or still carrying trucks at seven in the morning.
So we walk it with you before you sign. We’ll show you which side of the estate is further along, and if the house is right but the timing isn’t, we’ll say that too.

Closer to the shops
Homes near the centre trade a little quiet for bread and a chemist inside walking distance. If nobody in the house wants to drive for milk, that is the corner to start in.

Sometimes. You get more choice and you wait longer. We’ll tell you what stage the release is at and what is still only on paper, and then you decide.
Can we do the whole thing in Hazargi or Urdu?
