Our own postcode

Dandenong is the address on our own paperwork

Everything we sell across the corridor gets worked out from here. It is also the reason this agency runs in three languages instead of one.

Dandenong VIC 3175.

Four Dandenongs, depending where you stand

The suburb changes a lot in a short drive, so be specific with us about where you mean.

Around the market

Tight older streets, units and houses within walking distance of the stalls. You trade space for being able to leave the car at home most days.

Near the station

Dandenong is where the Cranbourne line splits off from the Pakenham line, so trains here go two ways. If somebody in the house commutes to the city, this is usually the part of the map that argument ends in.

The older streets

Post-war and mid-century houses on solid blocks, some barely touched, some rebuilt twice over. Pay for the long building report here, not the quick one.

The rebuilt middle

Single blocks that have come down and gone back up as two or three townhouses. Newer, less to maintain, smaller yards. A lot of first purchases in this suburb look like this.

The languages change from one stall to the next

The market has been part of this place for generations. On a Saturday you’ll pass grandmothers arguing over the price of coriander in a language you don’t recognise, and a lot of the people we work for grew up doing that walk with their mothers.

That isn’t colour for a website. It’s the practical reason we work the way we do. If the person who will make the decision is your father, and he’s more comfortable in Hazargi or Urdu, he should be in the room and he should understand every line before anybody signs. In Dandenong that isn’t a special service. It’s just how a conversation goes.

What we have moving near Dandenong

Whatever we have on in and around 3175 right now.

No Dandenong address showing today. That happens more often than you’d think, and a phone call will get you further than this page will.

The person who signs isn’t always the person who decides. Get the parents in the room.

Questions we get about Dandenong

Is there an office we can come to?

We’re based in Dandenong, but we mostly meet people at the home itself, or somewhere quiet with a table and enough chairs. Call or message and we’ll sort out a time and a place that suits you.

Do you sell in Dandenong, or just work from here?

Both. What we have on at any given moment depends on what we’ve taken on, and there are stretches where everything we’re selling sits further east. Tell us the street and the size you want and we’ll keep an ear out.

Which language will we be speaking?

Whichever one you think in. Hazargi, English or Urdu, on the phone, at the inspection, and line by line through the contract. Nothing that matters should get lost between you and a document.

We want a townhouse rather than a house. Is that odd?

Not here. Smaller yard, fewer jobs on the weekend, often closer to the trains. You’ll hear what you give up as well as what you gain, and then it’s your call.

Where else we work

Doveton and Hampton Park are the next suburbs out. Everything else on the map runs east and south from here.

Bring whoever else decides

Even if you’re a year off buying. We’ll go through what the next step looks like, in whatever language that conversation happens in. Nothing gets decided in the first hour, and that suits us fine.
