A family agency in the South East
There are two of us, and you get both.
No call centre, no handover to somebody you have never met. You ring a number, one of us picks up, and that same one of us is standing there when the contract gets signed.
A family business means something specific in practice. When a clause in your contract looks wrong, one of us rings the other and gets an answer, because there is no manager in between and no branch to escalate to. It is two people who talk to each other constantly about the same handful of streets.
It also means the work follows us home. If we put a family into a house that turns out to be wrong for them, we hear about it at the market in Dandenong, or from their cousin, or from the family two doors down. That is a good reason to be careful, and we would rather give you the reason than ask you to take our word for it.

Ali Akbar
CEO and founder
Most of Ali’s week happens standing up. He walks a home before he lists it, films the walk-through on his phone the same day, and answers the messages that land underneath it. The videos are not polished for a reason: they are shot between appointments, and there is nobody to hand the editing to.

Mehr Zaidi
Co-Director
You walk through a house with your parents, your kids and a stranger holding a folder, and you agree to things in the room because agreeing is easier than asking. Mehr assumes that is happening. She goes back over it the next day, when nobody is selling anything, and that is the conversation that counts.
People remember who told them the truth about a house. That is the whole business.
A short page for each of us.
What each of us actually does in a week, and the number that reaches us.
Pick one of us. It does not matter which.
Ring whichever of us you have already been messaging. If you have not messaged either of us yet, try Ali first, and he will point you at whoever is closer to what you are after.
