What we do with your details.

Your name, an email address and a short message. The phone number and the home you’re asking about are both optional. The site also records which of the three languages you were reading it in, so that whoever rings you back opens in the right one.

Straight to Ali Akbar and Mehr Zaidi, as an email, sent through a delivery service called Resend. A copy may also sit in the agency’s own database so that an enquiry isn’t lost if an email goes astray. That is the whole route.

• We don’t sell your details, and we don’t swap them with builders, brokers, developers or anybody else.
• We don’t put you on a mailing list. If you hear from us, it’s because you asked us something or asked us to keep an eye out.
• We don’t run advertising trackers or advertising cookies on this site. Nothing here follows you around once you’ve closed the tab.
• We don’t need your date of birth, your income or your identity documents to have a conversation. Those come later, and they go to a lender or a conveyancer, not into a web form.

If you switch the site into Hazargi or Urdu, that choice is remembered in a small cookie so the site opens in the same language next time. It carries nothing about you and it isn’t shared.

The site is hosted by Vercel, and the database behind it is Supabase, which is where that second copy of your enquiry sits. They keep the machinery standing, in the way a landlord keeps a shop standing. Nobody at either company is reading what you sent.

We handle what you send us the way the Australian Privacy Principles ask us to. You can ask what we hold, ask us to fix something that’s wrong, or ask us to delete your enquiry altogether. Ring 0448 414 786 and say so. You don’t need a reason, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

If we change how enquiries are handled, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We won’t quietly widen it and hope nobody looks.
