We’re at @azad.estateagents, and a home often turns up there before it turns up anywhere else. Messages reach us there too, though the phone gets you an answer sooner.

You don’t need to work out who does what. Whoever picks up can help you, and if the other one knows the street better, we’ll hand you across ourselves rather than making you ring twice.
Who you’ll be dealing with
Ali Akbar runs the agency and Mehr Zaidi is Co-Director. They’re brother and sister, they sell across the same eight suburbs, and whichever one you start with is the one who’s still there at settlement.

Co-Director of Azad Estate Agents, selling across the same suburbs as her brother. She is the one people ring back afterwards, once they are home and have worked out that they nodded along to something they did not follow.

Before you ring
I’m a year off buying. Is it too early to call?
A year out is the useful part. It’s while you can still change what you save, what you borrow and which suburbs you’re looking at. Later on, most of that is already decided for you.
What if I call and nobody picks up?
One of us is in somebody’s hallway, or on the freeway between two of them. Leave a message or send a text and you’ll hear back. If it can’t wait, try the other number.
Do I need an appointment to see something?
Not for a conversation, no. For a walk-through, call first so we can arrange access, and we’ll find a time that works around your week.
Can I do all of this in Hazargi or Urdu?
Yes, and you don’t have to open in English first to be polite. Say what you’re after in whichever one comes out, and we’ll stay in that one for the rest of it.
